Reserving Space
Space is limited so please contact us as early as possible to ensure availability on your desired dates.

Deposits
A $500 non-refundable deposit per person is due to make a reservation, which secures space for up to 91 days prior to your trip departure. The deposit may be made in the form of check or wire transfer. When you book your trip, we will send you our detailed Pre-Departure Kit including:

Packing list
Information about immunizations
Travel insurance details
Recommended reading
Political and historical background information
Trip expectations

Payments
You will be invoiced upon making a reservation and full payment is due 90 days prior to the first land day of the trip. Payment is accepted as follows: 1) U.S. Dollar check posted to our account at the Pacific National Bank in Miami, Florida 2) by wire transfer to our account at the Pacific National Bank. Cancellation and Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Andean Discovery. At the time we receive the cancellation, all moneys will be refunded less the following cancellation charges, deducted from the total package price. Up to 91 days before departure: Deposit
90-61 days before departure: 50% of the package price
60-46 days before departure: 65% of the package price
45 days or less before departure: 100% of the package price Transfers
Transfer of departure date to another date up to 91 days prior to departure is $100 per person plus applicable fees. Within 90 days prior to departure cancellation fees will apply. You may also be responsible for any fees imposed by hotels, airlines, etc., that are over and above your land arrangements, due to your cancellation of your original date bookings. Disclosure
Please note that no partial refunds will be given for unused meals, hotel rooms, airport transfers etc., for any reason whatsoever. Andean Discovery reserves the right to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, currency fluctuations, park fee increases or fuel surcharges. Andean Discovery reserves the right to alter the tour without notice. Accommodations are subject to change.
